It’s simple: sign up, share your phone number, and get paid when people you refer purchase CertiHome Assessment reports.
Sign up as a referrer
Complete the quick sign-up form and provide your email and the phone number you want to use for referrals. This is the number buyers will enter when they order a report.
Share your phone number
Tell friends, family, clients, or potential buyers about the CertiHome Assessment app and give them your referral phone number. They simply enter it when they purchase their home report.
Earn up to 40% of each report
Whenever someone buys a report using your phone number, you earn up to 40% of the cost of that report

To keep the program fair and simple, a few basic rules apply.
- Referrals must enter your phone number at the time of purchase to count
- No self-referrals or creating multiple accounts for the same person
- Rewards are based on the final cost of each report (photo-based pricing)
- Payouts are issued monthly, subject to minimum payout thresholds
- Program details may change over time as we improve CertiHome Assessment

When do I get paid?
We total your confirmed referral earnings and send payouts on a monthly basis, subject to any minimum payout amounts listed in the program terms.
How is my 10% calculated?
Your earnings are 10% of the actual report price, which depends on how many photos the buyer includes in their CertiHome Assessment request.
What if someone forgets my number?
Only purchases that include your referral phone number at checkout can be credited to you. Make sure people save it or keep it handy when they use the app.
Referral reward tiers
Every referrer starts at Tier 1. As your total referral earnings increase, you’ll automatically move up to higher tiers with better payout percentages.
